This project consists of the demolition/reconstruction of a building in the portfolio with the aim of developing 1700 m² of shops at the foot of the building and nearly 6000 m2 of offices where comfort of use takes precedence. As part of a dynamic, vibrant and very well served district, My Little Nation is an exceptional site. With its 2 facades overlooking Place de la Nation and Avenue de Taillebourg inspired by the codes of Haussmann architecture, the building ensures continuity with the neighboring buildings.

Under the impetus of the Tank architecture agency, My Little Nation gives pride of place to outdoor spaces oriented towards nature and the living. Indeed, approximately 600 m2 of green spaces are available in panoramic terraces, multiplying exceptional points of view, as well as a 360 ° rooftop.
