Hekla (221 metres high and 48 floors) benefits from an attractive location, La Défense and is the result of a high-quality partnership in co-promotion with Hines to redesign the skyline of La Défense.
With its unique visibility, it is part of a restructuring project led by Paris-La Défense to redesign the urban node of the Rose de Cherbourg in order to transform it into a pedestrianised green promenade. The objective is to promote a natural link between the La Défense slab and the neighbouring towns of Paris, Courbevoie and Nanterre, as well as to create a truly mixed neighbourhood. One of the operation’s achievements is to develop 80,000 m² of office space on a trapezoidal plot of only 1,900 m².
