The new PwC Headquarters, the “Crystal Park”, has been developed on the site ‘Ban de Gasperich’, a 70 hectares constructible site, straddling Luxembourg City and the municipality of Hesperange.

With 30,000 m² of work space, Crystal Park brings together the 2,300 employees of PwC on one site, previously located in three buildings. Today, the building takes place in the middle of a large park offering employees a living and quality work.

It consists of 6 levels above ground, a ground floor and 5 floors, divided into two blocks separated by an atrium and connected by bridges and 2 basement levels. The whole above ground is based on a modulation of 1.35 m.

Spaces were provided in the building to receive 4 coffee corners on each floor and a beautiful canteen with a capacity of 800 meals a day with about 340 seats, located on the ground floor
