AG Real Estate and Atenor have entered into a partnership agreement to develop a large-scale project on the site currently known as CCN, adjacent to the Brussels North Station.

The program is to develop Offices (92 00 m²), Housing (47 800 m²), Retail (6 300 m²), Public infrastructures (10 900 m²), Others (1 400 m²), Surroundings (14 800 m²), Undergrounds (36 800 m²).

Benefiting from an exceptional connection to public transport (metro, bus station integrated into the building and direct access to the North Station), this project is located in the heart of a district that has recently undergone a profound transformation.

The three project leaders, after consultation with the public authorities, designated the multidisciplinary and international association ARCHITECTESASSOC+, MULTIPLE and TVK, which particularly stood out among the extremely qualitative proposals.
