AG Real Estate, Atenor and AXA IM – Real Assets, acting on behalf of one of its clients, have entered into a partnership agreement to develop a large-scale project on the site currently known as CCN, adjacent to the Brussels North Station.
Benefiting from an exceptional connection to public transport (metro, bus station integrated into the building and direct access to the North Station), this project is located in the heart of a district that has recently undergone a profound transformation. The vicinity of large urban stations, combining density, mix and quality public spaces will be the pillars of the development of the cities of the future. This project should be a perfect representation of this.
The three project leaders, after consultation with the public authorities, designated the multidisciplinary and international association ARCHITECTESASSOC+, MULTIPLE and TVK, which particularly stood out among the extremely qualitative proposals.
The work should start in 2022 when the Brussels-Capital Region (which occupies the majority of the current building) leaves its premises.
